RAV Studio
A Houston-based game/entertainment studio. Looking for artists, composers, programmers, and game designers to create something incredible!Note: We are not currently hiring/offering a salary! We are mainly college students making games for fun.
We LOVE:

- POC and LGBTQ+ led stories
- Narrative driven games
- Gameplay that balances challenge and reward
- New ideas that push the boundaries of what a game can do and be
WE DO NOT WANT:
- Use of AI-generated content, cryptocurrencies, or NFTs.
- Unfair crediting/plagiarism/theft of work from team members or others.
- Devaluing or discouragement of others' ideas.
No one person is an island, and it never hurts to have an extra set of hands or eyes on a project. Our goal is to unite creatives and game developers with similar visions to allow collaboration and conversation on the next generation of video games. Whether you're looking for advice or help on a particular roadblock, just stopping to hang out and share your projects, or are interested in joining our team and publishing your games under the RAV Studio label, you're welcome to come along for the ride.
Since their inception and breakout in the entertainment market, video games have captivated our collective imagination. Experiences and stories that don't just hold the viewer but invite them inside to be a part of the journey. Every studio from the most prolific triple A companies to the obscure upstarts with a dream add onto the canon of created work, demonstrating more ideas and yet leaving the door open for new pathways and developments. There's always space for someone's idea to be realized, but in doing so they leave both developers and audiences wanting more. "What if you combined X with Y?" "How can we improve on the ideas in this game?" "How can I use this technology to bring my story to life?"
